Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Nucla, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Work consists of Schedule I: Taxiway C Reconstruction and Schedule II & III: Apron Rehabilitation. Major work items include pavement removal, earthwork, aggregate base, asphalt paving, and pavement markings. The bidder is required to provide all information as required within the Contract Documents and must bid on all items of every schedule or as otherwise detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids may be held for up to one hundred twenty (120) days from the bid opening date for evaluation. Montrose County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids. A bid bond or certified check for five (5) percent of the total bid amount is required with each bid. The contract is subject to requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 regarding disadvantaged business enterprise, a DBE participation goal of 0%, and Davis-Bacon wage and labor provisions. All questions regarding the bid are to be directed to Aeris Engineering, bids@aeriseng.com. All questions must be in writing and submitted by 5:00 pm local time, May 8, 2026
