Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of rehabilitation an existing park and playground including demolition of existing pavements, surfacing and playground equipment; construction of new concrete and bituminous concrete pavements; re-paving existing bituminous concrete pavements; installation of new playground and fitness equipment (supplied by the DCR), poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing, basketball hoops and nets, fencing, and concrete edging; and installation of new dugout shade structures, team benches, benches, bicycle parking, trash receptacles, water fountain, loam, new lawn, and new trees.
