In accordance with M.G.L. c. 149A, Brooke Charter School invites Elevator Trade Contractors to submit bids for the upcoming Elevator Addition and Playground project located in Roslindale, MA. The project consists of a new 3495 SF addition with a seven-stop elevator. Scope includes the following: De-commission existing elevator. Provide new seven-stop electric traction elevator. Provide new two-stop exterior vertical wheelchair lift.
