This Request for Bids is the second phase of a two-phase procurement process set forth in M.G.L. c. 149A. Brooke has pre-qualified Filed Sub Trade contractors for this project. Only pre-qualified firms can bid on this project. Project title is the Elevator Addition and Playground project located in Roslindale, MA. Project consists of a new, 3,495 SF, three-story Addition with a 7-stop elevator, 3,120 SF Renovation, 38,415 SF site improvements, 16-month phased construction duration. For list of trades, see Additional Information below. The CM At-Risk Firm has been awarded. Estimated value for each trade listed below: Masonry - $255,782; Misc. Metals - $378,108; AVB - $41,340; Roofing - $98,923; Tile - $3,586; ACT - $31,733; Resilient Flooring - $98,708; Painting & Wallcovering - $65,043; Elevators & Escalators - $600,000; Fire Protection - $83,520; Plumbing - $132,787; HVAC - $477,857; and Electrical and Communications - $361,000. Estimated Cost $12,500,000 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
