Bids are being received for 2026 Resurfacing. Directions on how to obtain the specifications and the bid proposal form are available online. All proposals must be in sealed envelopes and plainly marked 'BID FOR 2026 Resurfacing.' The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive formalities, and to award the bid in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City. A Bidder who has not been pre-qualified shall submit the required pre-qualification information at least seven (7) days prior to the date bids are due. The Engineering Department will have the bid specifications available to only pre-qualified bidders on April 29, 2026. Questions about or requests for interpretation of this request for bids, any of the plans and specifications, or any bid requirements may be directed via e-mail to eng_info@wyomingmi.gov. No questions or interpretations will be issued later than 24 hours before the due date for bids
