The Prime Contractor will be responsible for delivering all components of the Oldman River Crossing project, including drilling, conduit installation, material procurement, site access development, pipe handling, safety coordination, risk management, and construction support activities. The Contractor shall complete the trenchless pipeline crossing using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), including pilot hole drilling, reaming, hole conditioning, and pipeline pullback in accordance with the Owner’s design drawings, specifications, and all safety and environmental requirements. The Contractor is responsible for all HDD equipment, materials, labor, fluid management, monitoring, emergency response, and full site restoration.
