The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on August 06, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Region Two/District Two Office in Dixon. Phase II engineering services are required for various operations projects/tasks and may consist of bridge rehabilitation, contract plans, special provisions and estimates, roadway maintenance engineering services that may include light pole/traffic signal mast arm structure inspections, traffic operations/intelligent transportation system studies, roadway signing and striping plans/work orders prepared for internal staff, best practices and policy review/development for all areas, and roadside management duties. The Consultant may be required to assist with plan preparations, traffic signal systems, native planting maintenance, conduct field investigations, and assist with administering various bureau processes. The Prime firm must be prequalified in the following categories to be considered for this project: Highways (Roads and Streets) Structures (Highway: Typical) Statements of Interest, including resumes of only the key people noted above, must be submitted electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering Prequalification and Agreement System (EPAS).
