Construction services for renovation of the LaGrange Road Station depot building. All labor and materials for the demolition and replacement of sidewalks and paving, preparing, sealing and striping existing asphalt, provision of ADA ramps, site drainage including new downspouts and sump pit, select electrical site and building work including lamp replacement of existing interior and exterior light fixtures, select mechanical site and building work, landscaping work including new benches, removal and replacement of bike racks, roofing assembly replacement using composite tiles, concrete work, masonry work with brick, dimensional limestone, repointing, glazed tile and steel lintel work, terrazzo flooring repairs and new work, plaster repairs, wood ceiling and flooring repairs, new vinyl flooring, repairs to aluminum doors and frames, hardware replacement preparation and painting/staining/varnishing surfaces, miscellaneous patch and repair work as indicated on drawings, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 2. The alternates include: roofing and masonry cleaning. There are 4 alternates: Alternate 1. Windbreak roof: Base Bid: Base Bid includes the demolition and disposal of the asphalt shingle roofing system down to deck, and replacement with synthetic Spanish tile roofing system for both Depot and Windbreak roofs, Alternate: Provide credit for deletion of synthetic Spanish tile for Windbreak roof included in the Base Bid. Replace in kind the existing asphalt shingle roof on the Windbreak. Alternate 2. Depot & windbreak roofs: 1. Base Bid: Same as Alternate 1 Base Bid above. 2. Alternate: Provide credit for deletion of synthetic Spanish tile for both the Windbreak roof, and the Depot roof included in the Base Bid. Replace in kind the existing asphalt shingle roof on both structures. Alternate 3: Masonry cleaning. 1. Base Bid: Provide systematic masonry cleaning of the entire building. 2.
