The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on July 28, 2026, at 1:30 PM at the Region Two/District Two Office in Dixon. Phase I/II engineering services are required for various projects in District Two, with an emphasis on Environmental tasks to provide historic resource identification and determinations of National Register eligibility, assessments of effect, and resolving adverse effects, related to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, and the Illinois State Agency Historic Resources Preservation Act (Public Act 86-707): Secretary of Interior qualified for architectural historian, and to provide specialized technical reports for architectural and historic resources to enable the department to complete Phase I studies and prepare contract plans. The Prime firm must be prequalified in Environmental Reports (Environmental Assessment) to be considered for this project. Statements of Interest, including resumes of only the key people noted above, must be submitted electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering Prequalification and Agreement System (EPAS).
