Description

Site work and new construction of a medical facility in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Health is seeking Trade Contractors/Subcontractors for the installation of terrazzo flooring within designated areas of the future Hospital Tower and associated project spaces at the Helen Diller Hospital at Parnassus Heights. The project site is constrained within a densely built environment, in close proximity to neighbors, bordered by Mount Sutro Preserve, and adjacent to a busy intersection. Coordination with surrounding UC and non-UC projects with concurrent timelines is required. Safety, privacy, health, and care of patients, visitors, and staff must not be compromised. UCSF Health values respecting neighbors and community needs and seeks IPD Team members able to work collaboratively within project constraints, schedule, and budget.
