The work consists of the installation of a new combination stair and ADA lift assembly at the Hudson Bandstand Gazebo, as part of the Gazebo Legacy Project in the City of Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with specified requirements. Bids are to be submitted through the Bid Express website. All bidders must register on the bidexpress.com website. Electronic bidding requires a fee, either $50 on a pay-per-solicitation basis or $60 per month for full access. Bids must include bid security, either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Hudson. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work.
