This project is for the replacement of an at grade railroad crossing at Hines Hill Road in the City of Hudson with a grade separation bridge. Services Requested: Right of Way Services for acquisitions and negotiations. Parcel acquisition includes four (4) parcels including four (4) Warranty Deeds, one (1) Temporary Easement, and one (1) Standard Highway Easement at the railroad crossing. Two consultants will be selected for this project. Contract 1: Acquisitions, negotiations, and closings Contract 2: Appraisal review Prequalification requirements for this agreement are listed below. For all prequalification categories other than FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM EVALUATION the requirement may be met by the prime consultant or a subconsultant.
