Description: The City of Hudson is advancing the Hines Hill Road Over Railroad Project, which will replace the existing at-grade crossing with a new bridge carrying Hines Hill Road over the Norfolk Southern Railroad tracks. The $19.5 million transportation improvement is intended to reduce traffic delays and improve safety for motorists, pedestrians, and emergency responders. Engineering and architectural design is being completed by GPD Group.
