Demolition, site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Wilmington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work required to satisfactorily complete the North Commercial Ramp Expansion project. Items of work include earthwork, demolition, storm drainage, aggregate base course (P-209) stabilized base course (P-304, P-306 and/or P-403), asphalt pavement (P-401), concrete pavement (P-501), airfield lighting work, pavement marking, erosion and sediment control measures and incidentals. All work will be inside the airfield security perimeter. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, a deposit of cash or by a certified check payable to New Hanover County Airport Authority, and drawn on some bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina, for an amount equal to 5% of the total base bid, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the required Contract will be executed and the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond furnished within fifteen (15) days after receipt of written notice of formal award of Contract. The Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
