These are questions 55 and 56 on the Question and Answer document. ******************************AMENDMENT 0002************************** The purpose of this amendment is to Provide answers to questions received during and following the site visit conducted on 21May 2026, Add Attachment 11- Wage Determination: WD #2015-4511 Rev No. 33, Add Attachments 12 and 13 (Parameter Maps of FS & HAAF) & 14 (Parameter Maps of Ranges), Extend the date of proposal submission, and Provide site visit sign in sheet. *****************************AMENDMENT 0001*************************** The purpose of this amendment is to Incorporate updated Wage Determinations, Change solicitation submission instructions, Incorporate required clauses that were omitted during the initial issuance due to system constraints, Establish Site Visit date and time, Establish submittal date and time for questions. This is a non-personal services contract to provide grounds maintenance services for the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The Contractor shall inspect, service, maintain, and landscape grounds. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all grounds maintenance service tasks and frequencies as described and defined in the Performance Work Statement. Offers are being requested only from small business concerns. Proposals must be submitted via email to both the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses provided. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Question Deadline 05/27/2026 at 11:00 AM ET
