Pre-bid clarification requestshall be filed no later than 5:00pm on May 11, 2026. Sealed bids will be received for the MIDDLE SCHOOL SAFETY PROJECT - PHASE 1. Bids must be made and presented only on forms provided. Bids are to be received at the Office of Tilden-Coil Constructors at 1575 Marlborough Ave., Riverside, California. Contractors should consult the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and General Requirements regarding Milestones and Liquidated Damages. Bids are to be submitted for the specified Bid Categories with the required specialty contractor's licenses for each category. Refer to individual contractors' scope of work summaries for further detail. Bidders must submit a list of designated subcontractors. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularities. Each bidder must possess a valid and active contractor's license at the time of bid and throughout the contract duration. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid as a guarantee to enter into the contract if awarded. Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of 100% of the total contract are required prior to execution.
