Site work, paving and renovation of a municipal facility in Highland, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
The proposed work includes the removal of concrete swale at the west entrance, replacement of damaged asphalt at the west entrance, removal of curb and installation of drainage cutout east of the west entrance, removal and replacement of four utility vault covers, installation of slope drain with new corrugated metal flume at the landfill slope and associated striping of the area. This work is a prevailing wage project, Contractors and Sub-Contractors are required to have a valid and current Department of Industrial Relations Registration Number at the time of bid. Work Details: Contractor shall perform all work per the following: 1. Exhibit " 1 " - Bid Proposal 2. Exhibit "2" - Project Plans & Special Provisions 3. Exhibit "3" - Bid Proposal Attachments - License Requirement: Class "A", Class "B", or Class "C-12" Base Bid: 30 Calendar Days Liquidated Damages: $500 / Calendar Day Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 07/17/2026 10:00 AM (PDT) Any questions or communications shall be in writing through Online Portal. The Contractor agrees to complete all physical work within forty-five (45) working days, commencing upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed by SBIAA
