The project consists of pedestrian, roadway, and intersection improvements along Peachtree Corners Circle in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Work includes full depth asphalt pavement, milling and inlay, concrete curb and gutter, concrete median, concrete sidewalk, signing, pavement marking, storm drainage improvements, traffic signal modification, and grading. Bid security must be submitted in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 calendar days after opening. Bidders must hold a Georgia State Contractor's License, Georgia State Utility Contractor's License, or qualifications with the Georgia Department of Transportation for similar work, and the license or qualification number must be provided on the sealed proposal. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the base bid alone. The successful bidder shall begin work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and complete the work within 360 calendar days. Progress payments will be made monthly.
