The Union Square Development Project proposes construction of two multi-story, mixed-use buildings comprising a total of 541 dwelling units within the TOC Zone. The project involves significant site development activity, including the movement of approximately 27,000 cubic yards of material, and is subject to Site Plan Review, Coastal Site Plan Review, and Class C Soil Erosion and Sediment Control (SESC) Review. The City of New Haven and the Housing Authority of the City of New Haven are advancing the project with legal representation by Attorney Christopher M. Rousseau, Esq.
