The purpose is to establish an agency specific contract to furnish and deliver Aggregate No. 5 Material to the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), Pasquotank County Maintenance location for a one-time purchase. Vendors must read and comply with the Instructions to Vendors, North Carolina General Terms and Conditions, all relevant exhibits, attachments, and any addenda. All requirements within the scope of work must be completed and accepted. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions, and the Vendor’s bid shall constitute a firm offer. If Vendors have questions, they must submit these as instructed in the BID QUESTIONS Section. Any changes resulting from questions will be communicated via addenda. Any additional or modified terms and conditions submitted with the Vendor’s bid will have no effect unless expressly agreed upon through negotiations and incorporated by way of a Best and Final Offer (BAFO). Noncompliance or attempts to alter these instructions may result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive.
