Renovation of a water / sewer project in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The purpose is to invite proponents to submit proposals for the upgrade and retrofit of HVAC systems serving the Sludge Control Building No. 1 and No. 2 electrical rooms at Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project aims to replace aging equipment, enhance system reliability, and improve energy efficiency. The scope of work includes provision of temporary cooling during construction, coordination with the Corporation to accommodate required shutdowns, removal and disposal of existing HVAC systems and associated components, supply and installation of new HVAC equipment, completion of all associated mechanical and electrical works, and execution of system commissioning and operator training.
