Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Jemez Pueblo, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.

The selected general contractor will be responsible for the complete construction of a single-story, two-bedroom duplex, resulting in a complete and fully functional residential unit. The proposal shall include all materials, labor, equipment, a one-year workmanship warranty, and a ten-year warranty on the roofing system. The proposed construction site previously hosted a residential home destroyed by fire. The area has been cleared but will require additional preparation, work, and grading. It is the contractor's responsibility to determine the locations of existing underground utilities, including pipelines and drains, and to contact all utility providers for the coordination of services, permits, and fees.
