Site work for a water / sewer project in Jemez Pueblo, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The project includes the replacement and rehabilitation of approximately 4 miles of existing sanitary sewer infrastructure. Sewer main replacements will be completed using pipe bursting, installing 15,185 linear feet of 8-inch diameter high density polyethylene (HDPE) DR 17 pipe and 1,362 linear feet of 10-inch diameter HDPE DR 17 pipe. Sewer main replacement will also be completed using open trench methods, installing 2,511 linear feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 35 pipe and 738 linear feet of 10-inch PVC SDR 35 pipe. A total of 62 existing manholes will be removed and replaced with new precast reinforced concrete manholes installed in their place. Additionally, 23 manholes will be rehabilitated through cover replacements, application of protective coating and epoxy lining, and re-grouting to restore structural integrity and eliminate infiltration.
