The Work is located at approximately thirty-eight (38) locations throughout the City of Harrisburg where previous utility repair work was completed by the Owner and temporary pavement was constructed. Thirty-eight (38) of the locations are permitted and ready for restoration. It is anticipated that Thirty (30) additional locations will be disturbed before August 28, 2026 and will be included in the second Notice to Proceed. The Work includes all materials, equipment, labor, necessary appurtenances, and other miscellaneous labor and materials as contemplated by the Contract Documents.
