Replace the Reverse-Osmosis/Deionized ("RO/DI") water system equipment skid located in Comstock Hall Mechanical Room #B060. The work includes piping modifications, new valves, and flow meters to be installed at each floor throughout the building. Questions should be directed to Facilities Contracts at 607-255-5343. Work shall be completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after Owner's written Notice to Proceed. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid. Fees are waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. Certification status will be verified in the New York State Contract System.
