Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Ithaca, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Cornell University is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide civil engineering, landscape design, and construction administration services for improvements to the operational layout of the loading dock at the Human Ecology Building (HEB). The scope includes regrading the pavement at the HEB loading dock and landscaping and screening of a new dumpster enclosure. The project seeks to improve the conveyance and delivery of equipment and goods to and from HEB and Martha Van Rensselaer (MVR) Hall. Services include, but are not limited to, design documents, bidding, and construction administration. To be considered, prospective consultants must include a cover letter, qualifications and experience (including relevant project examples), qualifications of key personnel, their approach and capability, previous experience with similar work, a proposed subconsultant team, MWBE and SDVOB utilization plans, and references for similar projects. Proposals must be in PDF format, no more than 25 pages, and use a specific naming convention. Do not include fee information; this will be requested after selection.
