Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Columbus, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work includes the following: Bid I - Ghost Hill Road (County Road T to the township line, approximately 3,950 feet by 20 feet); Bid 2 - Hughes Road (starting at existing road patch and ending at start of curve, approximately 685 feet by 20 feet). Bidding documents can be obtained by emailing clerk@townofelba.wi.gov. A hard copy of the documents is available for viewing at the Elba Town Hall. The Town of Elba reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid it deems advantageous. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the time set for bid opening. The contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
