Below is a summary of work at each location. Warner Park (Base Bid) Warner Park parking lot improvements includes, but shall not be limited to, removal of existing gravel driveway, stone base course, approximately 100 tons of asphaltic pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete drive approach, approximately 440 SF of concrete sidewalk, approximately 130 LF of 4-inch sanitary sewer lateral, approximately 130 LF of 1 copper water service, tree removal, traffic control, erosion and sedimental control measures, surface restoration cleanup and miscellaneous appurtenant facilities required to complete construction. Meister Park (Base Bid) Meister Park parking lot improvements includes, but shall not be limited to, removal of existing concrete driveway, stone base course, approximately 300 tons of asphaltic pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete drive approach, approximately 1,290 SF of concrete sidewalk, traffic control, erosion and sedimental control measures, surface restoration cleanup and miscellaneous appurtenant facilities required to complete construction. Meister Lift Station (Mandatory Alternate A) Meister Lift Station parking lot improvements includes but shall not be limited to approximately 80 tons of asphaltic pavement, stone base course, locate box, vent, wet well, standpipe and valve surface adjustments, bollard installation, traffic control, erosion and sedimental control measures, surface restoration cleanup and miscellaneous appurtenant facilities required to complete construction. Waterloo Lift Station (Mandatory Alternate B) Waterloo Lift Station parking lot improvements includes but shall not be limited to approximately 60 tons of asphaltic pavement, stone base course, manhole and valve surface adjustments, traffic control, erosion and sedimental control measures, surface restoration cleanup and miscellaneous appurtenant facilities required to complete construction. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The City of Columbus reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all Plan Holder's of Record. Questions received from Bidders that do not, in Engineer's opinion, allow sufficient time to respond prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
