Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbus, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Multiple Building Fence Replacement - Buildings 158, 530, 708, 712 and 926 The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform all work in accordance with these specifications. Work includes the design and installation and removal of fencing and replacement of the fences at Base Supply building 158, the Thrift Store, building 530, Kaye Auditorium building 708, the Base Chapel building 712, and the Security Forces building 926, on Columbus AFB., Ms. All materials will be contractor furnished. This general outline of work does not, in any way, limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work as specified herein. NO ADVANCED PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR THIS CONTRACT. Quote must include the total price of completion of the entire job outlined in the Statement of Work. Submit capability statement in accordance with the Statement of Work. A completed Quote and Capability Statement shall be submitted via email for consideration. The Government is not obligated to accept any Quotes or Capability Statement or to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the solicitation. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Prepare and measure location where fence is to be located. 1.1.2. Construct a 110+- linear feet 6'-0" chain link fenced area with gate, complete-in place with the following characteristics: 1.1.2.1 Chain-link Fence: a. Material and height: Install a 6-foot-tall chain link fence fabric, brown vinyl coated with brown fence slats. b. The fence shall be supported by metal posts that are installed on concrete footings without damaging existing utilities. Add tension wire to the bottom end of fence to provide support. Use PrivacyLink(R) fencing or an approved equal. 1.1.2.2 Gates: a. Install one (1) 7'-0" x 6'-0" swing gate 1.2. Work Included for Bldg. 530 1.2.1. Prepare and measure location where fence is to be located. 1.2.2. Construct a 59 +- linear feet 6'-0" chain link fenced area with gate, complete-in place with the following characteristics: 1.2.2.1 Chain-link Fence: a. Material and height: Install a 6-foot-tall chain link fence fabric, brown vinyl coated with brown fence slats. b. The fence shall be supported by metal posts that are installed on concrete footings without damaging existing utilities. Add tension wire to the bottom end of fence to provide support. Use PrivacyLink(R) fencing or an approved equal. 1.2.2.2 Gates: a. Install one (1) 4'-0" x 6'-0" swing gate 1.3.0 Work Included for Bldg. 708. 1.3.1 Prepare and measure location where fence is to be located. 1.3.2 Construct a 78 +- linear feet 6'-0" chain link fenced area with gates, complete-in place with the following characteristics: 1.3.2.1 Chain-link Fence: a. Material and height: Install a 6-foot-tall chain link fence fabric, brown vinyl coated with brown fence slats. b. The fence shall be supported by metal posts that are installed on concrete footings without damaging existing utilities. Add tension wire to the bottom end of fence to provide support. Use PrivacyLink(R) fencing or an approved equal. 1.3.2.2 Gates: a. No gate required 1.4.0 Work Included for Bldg. 712. 1.4.1 Prepare and measure location where fence is to be located. 1.4.2 Construct a 48 +- linear feet 6'-0" chain link fenced area with gates, complete-in place with the following characteristics: 1.4.2.1 Chain-link Fence: a. Material and height: Install a 6-foot-tall chain link fence fabric, brown vinyl coated with brown fence slats. b. The fence shall be supported by metal posts that are installed on concrete footings without damaging existing utilities. Add tension wire to the bottom end of fence to provide support. Use PrivacyLink(R) fencing or an approved equal. 1.4.2.2 Gates: a. No gate required 1.5.0 Work Included for Bldg. 926. 1.5.1 Prepare and measure location where fence is to be located. 1.5.2 Construct a 121 +- linear feet 6'-0" chain link fenced area with gates, complete-in place with the following characteristics: 1.5.2.1 Chain-link Fence: a. Material and height: Install a 6-foot-tall chain link fence fabric, brown vinyl coated with brown fence slats. b. The fence shall be supported by metal posts that are installed on concrete footings without damaging existing utilities. Add tension wire to the bottom end of fence to provide support. Use PrivacyLink(R) fencing or an approved equal. 1.5.2.2 Gates: a. No gate required 1.6.0 Once a job is started, the contractor is expected to finish that job within 60 days from award date, unless directed by 14 CES. Weekends and Public Holidays are considered acceptable delays. 1.6.1 The Contractor will dispose of all scraps and debris after installation at an off-base location and ensure that all scraps and debris are diligently guard against flying debris. Disposal shall be in accordance with existing local, state, and federal regulations and shall not be placed in base refuse dumpsters. 1.6.2 Upon completion of installation the contractor will promptly notify the Contracting Office Representative (COR) for final inspection and acceptance of service. Scope of Work for Bldg. 158 1 Remove existing wooden fencing and framing. 2 Purchase and install a brown 6'-0" high x 110'-0" +- linear feet chain link fence with slats. 3 Purchase and install one (1) brown 7'-0" x 6'-0" swing gate. 4 The contractor is responsible for disposing of all waste and debris from the base. Scope of Work for Bldg. 530 1 Remove existing wooden fencing and framing. 2 Purchase and install a brown 6'-0" high x 59'-0"+- linear feet chain link fence with slats. 3 Purchase and install one (1) brown 4'-0" x 6'-0" swing gate. 4 The contractor is responsible for disposing of all waste and debris from the base. Scope of Work for Bldg. 708 1 Remove existing wooden fencing and framing. 3 Purchase and install a brown 6'-0" high x 72'-0" +- linear feet chain link fence with slats. 4 The contractor is responsible for disposing of all waste and debris from the base. Scope of Work for Bldg. 712 1 Remove existing wooden fencing and framing. 2 Purchase and install a brown 6'-0" high x 48'-0" +- linear feet chain link fence with slats. 3 The contractor is responsible for disposing of all waste and debris from the base. Scope of Work for bldg. 926 1 Remove existing wooden fencing and framing. 2 Purchase and install a brown 6'-0" high x 121'-0" +-linear feet chain link fence with slats. 3 The contractor is responsible for disposing of all waste and debris from the base. Performance Period: 60 days
