Description

Site work and addition to a stadium in San Angelo, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

The City of San Angelo is accepting proposals to select a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to provide pre-construction services, including constructability guidance, cost estimates, and construction schedules. The selected firm will also provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and perform complete construction services for the San Angelo Coliseum Addition Project.
