Renovation of a stadium in Gallipolis, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Sealed bids are invited for the Stadium Improvements Project for the Gallipolis City School District Board of Education. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked for the project. A Bid Guaranty is required as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. The Board retains the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct investigations to determine the responsibility of bidders. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after opening. Additional details and contract documents are available from the designated architect contacts. PROJECT 1. The Project is the Stadium Improvements Project (“the Project”). The Project and Work for the Project consists of Home/Visitors bleachers/press box (procured directly by Owner), scoreboard (procured directly by Owner), entry plaza/gateway, masonry donor wall, concessions plazas, Veterans' memorial wall/plaza, field irrigation & re-grading, football goals, football netting, site electric, exterior accent lighting, and site grading/utility modifications, at Gallia Academy High School, 2855 Centenary Road, Gallipolis, Ohio 45631, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Design Professional.
