Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Palm Springs, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work comprises reconstruction and overlay of up to 2.5 million square feet, in various locations throughout the City of Palm Springs including: recording, preservation and resetting of existing and new survey monuments; pulverization of existing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement; full depth milling of existing asphalt concrete pavement; 2-inch grind and overlays, full AC grind and overlay, unclassified excavation (export); preparation of subgrade; asphalt concrete paving; adjustment of utility manholes, vaults, and water valves to grade; removal and replacement or installation of concrete curb ramps and select gutters; construction of concrete cross gutters; traffic striping and markings; and all other appurtenant work. The street list is broken up into three (3) Bid Schedule A, B, & C. Based on the price per bid schedule, the City may award any combination of the bid schedules (Bid Schedule A, A+B, A+B+C).Questions submitted after 12:00 PM on May 6, 2026 Award is subject to final approval.
