The work consists of constructing new and replacement concrete curbs and gutters, sidewalks, and pedestrian ramps throughout Roy City. The annual project budget is expected to be approximately $200,000. All work shall be completed by June 30, 2027. The contract may be renewed annually for two additional years if agreed upon by both the contractor and the city. Sealed bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price, made payable to Roy City Corporation. Roy City Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to make awards in the interest of the city.
