Develop a bike pump track, dog park, parking lot, prefab restroom, fencing, paved multi-use path, lighting, sleeving, conduit, signage, planting and irrigation. The project consists of new phased construction of a neighborhood park at 2228 East Main Street, Ashland, Oregon. Phase One construction includes supplying all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the development of a dog park, bike pump track, parking lot, prefab restroom, fencing, paved multi-use path, lighting, sleeving, conduit, signage, planting and irrigation. Phase Two (not included in this ITB) includes a playground, shade structures, site furnishings, walking trails, community garden fencing, planting and irrigation. Associated public improvements are a separate project. For interpretation of the contract, the Bidder may make written inquiry regarding same to the Project Manager at least ten (10) days, unless otherwise specified, before the scheduled closing time for submission of bids.
