Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in San Francisco, California. Design plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and retail development.

Stockton Commons is a named conceptual redevelopment proposal presented by a University of California, Berkeley graduate student team to reimagine SFMTA’s Kirkland Yard. The concept combines residential units with retail and commercial space to convert the existing transit yard into a vibrant mixed-use district. The proposal was developed with architectural assistance from Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and remains a design-exercise concept without formal entitlement, funding, or city sponsorship at this time.
