Reference number: 20143561 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-05-15 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 36 Expected duration of the contract with options (in months) 60 Description The Municipality of Saint-Andre-du-Lac-Saint-Jean is seeking the services of a contractor for: Snow clearance and winter maintenance of the municipality's road network, including all work described in the municipality's Snow Clearance Policy. The road network comprises 33.11 km of paved and gravel roads. Interested companies are invited to respond within the deadlines set out in this call for tenders. The Municipality undertakes to accept neither the lowest tender nor any of the tenders received, and accepts no liability towards any of the tenderers in the event that all tenders are rejected. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipal Council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of the Council
