The road network comprises 33.11 km of paved and gravel roads. Interested companies are invited to respond within the deadlines set out in this call for tenders. The Municipality undertakes to accept neither the lowest tender nor any of the tenders received, and accepts no liability towards any of the tenderers in the event that all tenders are rejected. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipal Council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of the Council
