Renovation of an educational facility in Closter, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project is for the HVAC Replacement at Tenakill Middle School for the Closter Board of Education. Bidders must use and complete all bid forms and comply with every requirement in the instructions and specifications. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with the name of the project, and must include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid, not exceeding $20,000. Only contractors listed on the official plan holder list are eligible to submit a bid. The bid documents are available for purchase from the architect's website, and no documents will be mailed. Bids must be delivered to the Board of Education offices, and no bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after opening. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly recommended, but not mandatory.
