Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Closter, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to complete the following work at both school sites as specified herein. All work shall be performed in compliance with applicable building codes, fire codes, ADA requirements, and the specifications set forth in this document. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following for each location specified: _ Removal of existing doors, frames (where indicated), and related hardware _ Furnishing and installation of new doors, frames (where indicated), hardware, and glazing per specifications _ Disposal of all removed materials in accordance with applicable regulations _ Patching, touch-up painting, and restoration of surfaces disturbed during installation _ All work must be performed during non-school hours or as directed by the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds to minimize disruption to school operations *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
