Site work and paving for a road / highway in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Work consists of supplying labor, materials & equipment as required for pavement rehabilitation and related improvements, including, but not limited to, partial depth recycling (PDR), Hot Mix Asphalt overlay, pavement repairs, Portland cement concrete (PCC) curb, PCC curb & gutter, PCC curb ramp & sidewalk replacement and new installations, ADA access improvements, removal and replacement of pavement markings and striping, new roadway signs, removing and installation of new Midwest Guardrail System, installing new bioretention basin, traffic signal modifications, installing pedestrian sensors, removal and replacement of inductive traffic loops, and other details of work not mentioned above that are required by the Project Plans and these Special Provisions. The time limit for the completion of Work is 142 working days commencing on the first charged day, which will be approximately 30-45 days following the Notice of Award by the County of Santa Clara.
