Payment & Performance Bond - Special attention is called to bid packages requiring payment and performance bonds. All bonds are 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and the bonding company shall be a surety company certified on the United States Department of the Treasury's Listing of Approved Sureties (Department Circular 570), and rated no less than "A" by A.M. Best ratings agency and acceptable to the Construction Manager. Bonds to be submitted with Seven (7) Days of award of contract. The construction phase involves completing the Ellijay Elementary School per the Construction Manager's schedule. Substantial completion for the New Building is December 01, 2027. Substantial completion for the Entire Project is March 2028.
