Renovation of a military facility in Kirtland AFB, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Amendment 00001 has been issued; specifications have been added to the notes of section 01 00 00. The SF 30 is the summary of changes; there were no changes made to Division 01 - General Requirements in this section. The document titled Solicitation W50S8G26BA00100001 is the conformed copy of the amendment and includes amendment 1, no other amendments were made. Removal of two existing AJAX boilers and associated equipment at Building 1047 and installation of new, high-efficiency Lochinvar brand boilers, including all necessary components to restore the system to full operational status. The work includes furnishing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision required to complete the boiler replacement. All services shall be performed under a single firm-fixed-price construction contract within the specified performance period and in accordance with applicable codes and standards. All Questions and Requests for Information (RFIs) Must Be Received Not Later Than the June 18, 2026, at 09:00 Am Mst. Offerors Are Strongly Encouraged to Submit Questions Early in This Process the budget parameters for this project is between $250,000 and $350,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
