This project includes the removal and replacement of the existing heat pump package units at the Washington Gym. Completion date for this project will be 45 days from the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 at 12:00 PM CT All questions regarding this Request should be directed in writing; preferably by email to Clay Smallwood at csmallwood@gulfcounty-fl.gov. The scope of work includes the following: a. Replacement of two (2) existing 10 ton heat pump package units along with all metal ductwork on exterior of building b. Provide and install two (2) 12.5 ton ICP heat pump package units c. Both units to be 208/230V, 3 phase d. Install 15 Kw aux heat strips on each system e. Connect to existing power f. Install new Honeywell commercial thermostats for each along with commercial grade lock box g. Remove existing insulated metal ductwork located on exterior back wall and roof h. Install all new exterior duct work - connecting to existing duct work at penetration of wall i. Remove and replace grills on interior of building ductwork j. Cleanup and disposal of all debris 3. All bidders are encouraged to visit the project site.
