The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in providing materials for the: WATER MAIN MATERIALS SOUTH PHASE This project includes the purchase of potable water main materials including PVC pipe, HDPE pipe, fittings, valves, etc. for a new water transmission main in Gulf County, FL. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with YOUR COMPANY NAME, SEALED BID, and the BID NUMBER and title "WATER MAIN MATERIALS SOUTH PHASE" so as to identify the enclosed proposal. Each submittal shall include one (1) original and two (2) copies of the proposal. Proposal must be delivered to the Gulf County Clerk of Court, 1000 Cecil G. Costin Sr. Blvd, Room 149, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456. Proposals received later than the date and time as specified will be rejected. All questions must be submitted to Clay Kennedy at ckennedy@gulfcounty-fl.gov. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of Gulf County Small businesses, minority and women's business enterprises and veteran-owned businesses are hereby solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material and/or supply needs.
