Sealed bids will be received for the Loreauville Canal Navigable Control Structure Sector Gates hinge and pintle wear parts for the Teche-Vermilion Fresh Water District. The work consists of furnishing and delivering specified hinge and pintle wear and replacement parts for the pair of Sector Gates, along with all associated work. Bids must be submitted only on the provided Bid Form and cannot be withdrawn for at least 45 days after the scheduled opening. The provisions and requirements of LA R.S. 38:2212 and those stated in the advertisement of bids and on the bid form are mandatory and will not be waived by any public entity. Bid documents may be examined or obtained upon payment during specified business hours at the office of Sellers & Associates, Inc.
