Two (2) Year Contract to Provide Retroreflective Pavement markings for the Jefferson Parish Department of Traffic Engineering. Bids must be accompanied by a surety bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, or the amount specified, when indicated in the specifications. Vendors must submit an electronic bid bond through the respective online clearinghouse bond management systems as indicated in the electronic bid solicitation and place the electronic bid bond number as indicated on the electronic envelope. No scanned paper copies of any bid bond will be accepted as part of the electronic bid submission. The Jefferson Parish Council reserves the right to reject all bids and to reject bids for just cause, pursuant to the law. Jefferson Parish strongly encourages the involvement of small businesses, minority businesses, women’s business enterprises, and veteran-owned businesses to stimulate participation in procurement and assistance programs.
