Provide all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to perform online and offline condition assessment testing of the Isolated Phase Bus and Duct (IPB) systems at The Dalles Dam. The work includes online condition assessment testing of 22 IPB systems while carrying near-rated current, coordinated with facility operations and conducted during defined work windows. The work also includes detailed offline condition assessment testing and inspection during scheduled outages. The Government will remove and stage access hatch panel doors prior to offline work. The Contractor shall abate and properly dispose of asbestos-containing panel door gaskets, including transportation and disposal at approved off-site facilities, and conduct all required testing and inspections after abatement. Services must maintain required production rates, coordinate closely with facility outages, comply with all safety, environmental, and asbestos handling regulations, and meet Controlled Unclassified Information protection requirements, including CMMC Level 2 (self) certification. Location: The Dalles Dam, The Dalles, Oregon. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
