The Town of Stonington is accepting sealed submissions for professional services for an environmental assessment of the former Campbell Grain Property located at 27 West Broad and 15 Cogswell Streets, Pawcatuck, CT, in accordance with the specified scope of services, terms, and specifications. Each proposer must submit a sealed envelope clearly marked with "RFP#2026-003 Campbell Grain Assessment Only" and include the company's name and address. All firms are responsible for checking for any addenda. The Town reserves the right to amend or terminate the request, reject any or all proposals, request additional information, waive informalities or non-material deficiencies, determine qualifications at its sole discretion, select based on any combination of factors and the Town’s best interests, negotiate terms, and take any actions in its best judgment. The successful proposer must comply with the Civil Rights Act, Equal Opportunity Act, relevant Executive Orders, and applicable Connecticut state statutes. Respondents must not discriminate in any aspect of employment and agree to provide information as requested by the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. MBE/WBE/DBE's and SBE's are encouraged to participate.
