Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bids are received by the proper authority prior to the opening. All questions must be submitted to purchasing@hamden.com. Bids must include 4 single-sided copies (one original and three copies) and one electronic copy on a USB flash drive. The bid envelope must be marked "Bid #2957 Small Business Façade Improvement Program." The Town of Hamden reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or proposals, to waive any technicality in a bid or part thereof, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Hamden.
