Demolition and renovation of a conference / convention center in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Work to replace doors will be performed at the southeast and southwest corners of Level 0, adjacent to Loading Docks K055 andM005, the east entrance doors to the Registration Hall on Level 0 (J011,J012, F011, F012), and at Service Corridor A115 on Level 1 as shown on the Drawings. Remove and legally dispose of doors, offsite. Provide new sets of exterior doors to match existing exterior door systems. Provide new interior double doors. Provide steel reinforcing above the southeast doors in Loading Dock M005 on Level 0. Provide soffit wall and metal stud framing to match existing above Level 0 southeast doors after new door lintel is installed. Disconnect and reinstall electrical equipment as required, performed by licensed electricians. Project Number T07a MCEC South End Doors Estimated Cost $368,664.00 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
