The project consists of furnishing a complete peracetic acid (PAA) wastewater disinfection system, including a multi-year supply of PAA, a multi-year lease of PAA storage and feed equipment, and related commissioning, maintenance, and decommissioning services. Firms must have experience in performing and coordinating this type of work. Only proposals from firms securing proposal documents will be acknowledged. An executed affidavit and attestation form must be submitted prior to award. The signature on the proposal must be that of an authorized representative of the legal entity as defined by Louisiana Public Bid Law. The contractor shall have an active status with the Louisiana Secretary of State. All applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations shall apply. Participation by Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms is encouraged. The City of Slidell reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
